INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING:

Image requirements:

 

1. All images must not have any watermarks, text, etc. on them and must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for publication inclusion: 3 MB file size, 300 dpi, sRGB profile and JPEG format.  Additionally for portrait/vertical orientation, images must be no smaller than 2550 x 3300 dimensions/8.5 x 11 crop.  For landscape/horizontal orientation, no smaller than 5100 x 3300 dimensions/17 x 11 crop.  Images not meeting these minimum requirements will not print well and will be rejected.  Also, please be advised that if your images are larger than either crop ratio that they can still be accepted, but will be cropped to fit the page(s) they are chosen for, provided minimum file size stays above 3 MB.

 

2. For cover consideration, image orientation is restricted to portrait/vertical orientation.  We prefer portrait/vertical orientation images overall but if we really like a landscape/horizontal image we may still run it if allotted space allows us to, and if a centerfold is planned for a given issue may give centerfold consideration to it.

To submit for consideration, please email the following information below to worldwidemodelsmagazine@gmail.com:

 

1. In the subject line, use "Submission"

 

2. In the body of the email, the following must be included at bare minimum: Model's name, Model's age (that way we can keep all issues age appropriate/specific), Photographer's name.

 

3. Please do not attach image files and/or send multiple emails.  Attaching the files to the email may compress the image(s) below the minimum specifications resulting in rejection, in your email please include a cloud drive folder link (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) with the image files accordingly and allow us access to view the files (no password protected links, etc.).  You may submit as few as 1 but no more than 5 images at a time.

 

4. If your submission is accepted, a publication release will be attached to the emailed reply back notifying you of acceptance.  This must be filled out in order to complete your submission and signed by Photographer and Model alike (for Model's under 18 years of age, Parent/Guardian must fill out and sign the applicable section) and sent back in a timely manner.  However, if you can provide us with a signed Model Release for the Model in your image(s), it will not be necessary to have that section of the form filled out.  In this form will also be a credits section, please make sure that all spellings in this section are correct as the credits for the issue you are chosen for will be pulled from here directly as provided.
